摘 要:目的探讨PBL双语教学在妇产科临产见习教学中的应用效果。方法在2010级和2011级79名七年制学生的妇产科临床见习教学中,将学生随机分成传统双语教学组和PBL双语教学组进行教学,教学效果采用理论考试和调查问卷两种方法进行评估。结果 PBL教学组和传统教学组学生客观题考核成绩无明显差异(P>0.05),但两个教学组在主观题考试成绩上有明显差异(P<0.01)。两个教学组在调查问卷中显示70%同学认为PBL双语教学能够提高专业词汇的运用能力,使同学们可以准确应用英文关键词查阅英文资料拓展知识面(P<0.05);85%同学认为PBL双语教学能够提高英语口语交流能力(P<0.05);75%同学认为PBL双语教学能够提高团队合作精神(P<0.05)。结论 PBL双语教学是培养国际型人才的重要举措,是一种较好的创新人才培养的教学模式。Objective To evaluate the effects of PBL bilingual teaching method in the clinical practice of Obstetrics and Gynecology. Methods Experimental class students of 2010 and 2011 grade were divided into two groups at random: Traditional bilingual group and PBL bilingual group, teaching efficiency was assessed by using theory test and questionnaire. Results There is no significant difference in objective item examinational score(〉0.05), but There is significant difference in subjective item examinational score(P〈0.01). The questionnaire show that 70 percent of students think PBL bilingual teaching has better effects on improving the abilities of specialized vocabulary using, and consulting foreign data by using exact keywords. 85 percent of students think PBL bilingual teaching also has better effects on improving the abilities of spoken English communication. 75 percent of students think that PBL bilingual teaching also can improve the team cooperation spirit. Conclusions PBL bilingual teaching is one of the good modes in the cultivation of talents.
