床边综合能力培训对新毕业护士评判性思维能力的影响

摘　　要：目的：通过对新毕业护士轮岗培训中加入床边综合能力培训方式,探讨新毕业护士评判性思维能力的培养方法以及效果。方法：将2014年1月～2015年12月新毕业护士50名随机等分为对照组和试验组,入职后均通过CTDl-CV量表测量评判性思维能力倾向性,对照组接受为期1年的轮科培训;试验组在此基础上接受床边综合能力培训与考核,对两组护士培训前后评判性思维倾向进行比较。结果：两组护士的CTDl-CV量表得分在培训前后各维度具有不同程度的增加,两组在分析能力、系统组织能力、自信心及认知成熟度等维度得分方面比较具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。结论：床边综合能力培训在新毕业护士评判性思维能力培养中具有重要的作用,为医院护士规范化培训管理提供科学的依据。Objective： To explore the cultivation method and effect of the critical thinking ability of newly graduated nurses through adding the bedside comprehensive ability training program to the job rotation training for the newly graduates. Methods： Selected 50 newly graduated nurses from January 2014 to February 2015 and equally divided them into the control group and the experimental group at random. Made evaluation of the nurse＇ critical thinking ability tendency in the CTDl- CV evaluation scale after their enrollment into occupations. The control group received one year of department rotation training,while on this basis the experimental group received the bedside comprehensive ability training and examination. Compared the two groups of their respective critical thinking ability tendency before and after the training. Results： For both groups their CTDl- CV evaluation scores increased to some extend in respect to different dimensions after their respective training. In the aspects of the analysis ability,systematic organization ability,confidence and mature degree,the comparison difference between the two groups had statistic significance（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion： The bedside comprehensive ability training acts an important role in the cultivation of the critical thinking ability of newly graduated nurses and contributes scientific evidence to the standardized training management for hospital nurses.
