摘　　要：皮埃尔·迪昂是法国著名物理学家、科学史家和科学哲学家,他认为科学理论是一个具有约定性的系统,是对于外界事物间的关系的一种描述。科学理论是包含基本假设、基本原理和基本定律的有机体。迪昂基于深厚的科学实践所阐发的科学符号论、秩序实在论(关系实在论)和理论整体论思想以及独具特色的科学品格对于科学史和科学哲学研究具有重要的认识论和方法论意义。Pierre Duhem, the eminent French physician, scientific historian, and philosopher of science, claims that scientific theory is a conventional system, a description of relations among external things, and it is also an integrity, including the basic assumptions, principles and rules. Having experienced numerous scientific practices, he improved the theoretical framework （s） of symbolism about science, and of realism about relation. He and his works is highly epistemological and methodologically significant in the field of history and philosophy of science.
