摘　　要：通过分析高职数控维修专业人才的需求,提出了人才培养和课程建设的方案。这些人才培养和课程建设的方案对数控专业方向的调整具有重大意义。By the way of the research report of the demand conditions of the higher maintenance professionals in CNC, in the article,the conclusion of the training program and course construction are raised. These have an important meaning on profes-sional direction in CNC.
