摘　　要：学生的精神世界是由学生自身意识主导,由感受、注意、思维、情感、创造等内在能量倾注,存在于个体脑海中,主宰着学生认识外界和自身的神奇世界。然而学生却经常被教师压抑本能、剥夺力量、误解思想。由于教师陷入教学模式的沼泽,过于依赖控制的权力,以及封闭面向自我的理解,从而难以理解学生的精神世界。作为教师,可以从寻求需要、转化思维、参与合作等角度理解学生的精神世界。理解学生的精神世界,不仅是重建学生全面发展的方式,恢复学生作为人得以存在的根本;而且是在追问教师作为教师的存在意义,唤醒教师自身的精神本质性。The spirit world of students is dominated by the students＂ own consciousness, which is supported by attention, thinking,feeling, emotion, creativity, exists in the individual mind and dominate the students＂ understanding of the outside and inside world.However, the students＂ spiritual world has often been repressed, deprived of strength, and misunderstood. Because teachersis stuck bythe teaching model, they become over dependent on the control power and closed for self-understanding, it is difficult to understandthe students＂ spiritual world.As a teacher, you can search for students＂ need, transform your thinking pattern, and participate instudents＂ spiritual world with cooperated minded. To understand the students＂ spiritual world, it is not only necessaryto reconstruct thecomprehensive development of students, but to question the meaning of teachers＂ existence and arouse the spirit essence of teachers.
