摘 要:目的探讨CBL教学模式与传统教学模式在神经外科教学中的应用效果。方法选取2013年6月~2014年6月50例神经外科学生作为研究对象,根据班级不同将学生分为观察组[2011级(1)班]与对照组[2011级(2)班],对照组运用传统教学模式展开教学,观察组使用CBL教学模式教学,比较观察组与对照组学生临床学习效果。结果观察组与对照组学生的理论成绩、案例诊断技能、学术论文撰写评分、操作技能对比,差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论神经外科教学过程中采用CBL教学模式能有效提升学生学习能力和学习兴趣,丰富教学内容,改善学生的实践操作能力和案例诊断技能,有助于学校向医院神经外科输送高素质、高技能的临床医生。Objective To investigate the effect of CBL teaching mode and the traditional teaching mode in neurosurgery teaching. Methods Collected 50 neurosurgery students from June 2013 to June 2014 and divided them into the observation group and the control group according to their different class level [2011](1) class and [2011](2) class, the control group adopted traditional teaching mode, observation group adopted CBL teaching mode, compared clinical effect between observation group and control group. Results Students' theory achievements, case diagnosis skills, academic paper writing score, significant differences operation skills in observation group were better than control group, the difference had statistically significant(P0.05). Conclusion In neurosurgery teaching process, CBL teaching model can effectively improve students' learning ability and learning interest, enrich the teaching content, improve the students' ability of practice and case diagnosis skills, it will help the school to transport a large number of neurosurgery clinicians with high quality and high skills to the hospitals.
