摘　　要：在高等教育改革的新形势下,从理论教学的安排和实验实践环节的组织2个方面,重点探讨了研究性教学在"食品安全检测技术"课程中的实施,为课程建设及研究性教学理论研究积累经验。The implement of Research- based Teaching in Food Safety Testing Technology course are discussed under the new situation of higher education reform. The arrangement of theoretical teaching and the practice of the experiment of the course are studied,inorder to gain experience of course construction of Food Safety Testing Technology.
