摘　　要：构建学分银行运行机制是学分银行创建和发展要解决的重要问题。本文基于探索视角,剖析了学分银行运行机制的逻辑内涵,提出了学分银行运行机制的基本框架及实施途径,简单介绍了陕西学分银行运行机制的建设实践。Establish credit bank operation mechanism is the important problems to solve of credit bank creation and development. The article, based on the perspective of exploration, analysis of the connotation of logic of the operation mechanism, puts forward the basic framework and implementation way of the operation mechanism of credit bank, simple introduced the construction practice of the operation mechanism of shaanxi credit bank.
