摘 要:为获得重型矿用电动轮自卸车在复杂不平顺路面上作业其主轴振动加速度分布特征,在主轴前端布置加速度传感器,测试出矿用车在空载和满载工况下,横向、纵向和垂向的振动加速度和加速度功率谱,基于分析结果,分析了功率谱在纵向出现"偏移"特征;重型矿用车在路面不平顺的随机振动激励;重型矿用车自身缺陷引起的振动。对进一步优化重型矿用车主轴结构设计提供了重要的参考价值,提高重型矿用车的行驶平顺性和可靠性以及整车的使用寿命。In order to obtain the spindle vibration acceleration distribution features of electric-wheel mining dump truck steering on hubbly road,an acceleration sensor is decorated on the end of the spindle,and the lateral,longitudinal and vertical vibration acceleration and acceleration power spectrum is tested when the mining dump truck works on no-loaded and fully-loaded conditions. Based on the results of the analysis,"offset" characteristic in longitudinal direction in the power spectrum,random vibration excitation when mining dump truck steering on hubble road,and vibration caused by defects of mining dump truck are analyzed. Important valuable reference is provided to further optimize the mining dump truck spindle structure design,the ride comfort,mining dump truck reliability and service life of the vehicle are improved.
