摘 要:通过ISCO和ISCED的对接法计算得出,我国过度教育发生率为27.6%,与欧美国家比较,我国过度教育问题比较严重。通过对接方法和回归模型分析发现,在个人因素、人力资本因素、家庭背景和工作特征因素中,对于受过高等教育者来说,工作特征因素是影响过度教育的主要因素。With the expanding of the scale of high education, some mismatched phenomenon between the education and the job requirements have emerged gradually in the labor market in China, one of which is overeducation. Through contrasting the ISCO and ISCED, the paper calculated out that the incidence of overeducation in China is 27.6%, which is higher than that of Euro and the America. At the same time,the paper calculated out the incidence of overeducation in different factors, such as personal factor, human capital factor, family background factor and job characteristic factor. Through the regression models, the paper get a conclusion that the job characteristic factor is the most important one to the high-educated labors. At the end of the paper, it put forward some relevant policy recommendations.
