摘 要:针对注塑机系统在注塑过程中控制精度不高、控制灵敏度不强的问题,提出利用群体智能算法蚁群算法优化注塑机在注塑过程中PID参数快速优化选取的问题,又利用混沌算法将蚁群算法中的部分参数进行变异,提高系统的鲁棒性、灵敏性。仿真实验表明:智能自整定PID控制器控制效果明显优于传统意义上的普通PID控制系统,能够获得更高的参数寻优效果,也在很大程度上实现了注塑机闭环注塑系统的有效优化。For injection molding machine control systems, the injection molding process accuracy was not high and the control sensitivity was not strong, The use of a swarm intelligence algorithm ant colony optimization algorithm was proposed to optimize the injection molding machine quickly PID parameter selection problem in the injection molding process. Chaos algorithm was also proposed to vary some parameters of ant colony algorithm to improve the robustness and sensitivity of the system. Simulation results were shown that through intelligent self-tuning PID controller to control the effect of the proposed system was better than ordinary PID control in the traditional sense. It was possible to obtain a higher effect parameter optimization. Also to a great extent, the effective optimization of the closed loop injection molding system of the injection molding machine was realized.
