新疆大学生灾害救援心肺复苏知识认知现状与影响因素分析及对策探讨

摘　　要：调查新疆少数民族地区大学生对灾害救援心肺复苏知识的认知、培训及需求等情况,了解知识掌握的薄弱环节,分析影响因素,提出相关建议。采用整群随机抽取方法,对新疆4所高校本科二年级学生共798人(医学类452人,非医学类346人)进行问卷调查。结果发现,大学生接受心肺复苏CPR理论及技能培训分别为51.9%、44.9%;非医学类大学生答题正确率均<50%;接受过培训的大学生认知水平高于与未接受培训大学生(P<0.001);接受过技能培训对心肺复苏CPR认知情况有显著性影响(P<0.001),而接受过理论培训对心肺复苏CPR认知情况无统计学意义(P>0.05)。在校大学生心肺复苏CPR技术普及率低,且知识掌握情况较差,对认知的影响是技能培训明显优于理论知识培训。建议开展多元化心肺复苏CPR培训,高校应加强大学生的CPR规范培训及技能考核,加大灾害救援的公众普及力度。We investigate the cognitive situations and the weak link on cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of undergraduates in Xinjiang medical university and other non-medical universities; analyze the influencing factors and give some advices. Using cluster randomized sampling method,we adopt questionnaire method to survey798 undergraduates of bachelor degree in grade 2 in four Xinjiang universities（ include 452 medical students and346 non-medical students）. The results show that the undergraduates who accepted the theories and skills training about cardiopulmonary resuscitation（ CPR） knowledge are respectively 51. 9% and 44. 9%; To the non-medical undergraduates,the rates of correct answer are lower than 50%; the undergraduates who accepted training significantly higher than the no trained others（ P 〈0. 001）; Regression analysis indicated that whether to participate in the skill training of CPR is correlated with the cognitive level of undergraduates（ P 〈0. 001）,but whether to participate in theoretical training of CPR is no statistical significance. According to the results of the study,it is low penetration and poorer on cardiopulmonary resuscitation knowledge of college students,and the cognitive effects of skill training is superior to the theoretical knowledge training. So we could suggest to carry out the diversified CPR training,and to strengthen the normative CPR training and skills assessment for undergraduates in colleges and universities,with purpose of intensifying the public popularity of disaster relief.
