摘  要:为了误差评定、有限元分析及加工制造的需要,对全方位轮螺旋滚子的逆向重构进行了研究。首先,对螺旋滚子进行了三坐标测量,并对采集的数据进行了预处理;然后,分析了径向基函数神经网络的原理,并在MATLAB软件中利用该原理建立了神经网络模型,对滚子外轮廓线进行了曲线重构,据此生成外轮廓曲面,最终在Pro/E中构建了滚子的三维实体模型。该模型为其后续的有限元分析、精度检测及加工制造等都奠定了良好的基础。To meet the needs of error evaluation,finite- element analysis and manufacturing,the reverse construction of the omni- directional wheel was studied. At first,the helix roller was measured by three-coordinate measuring machine and then the collected data was preprocessed. Next,the principle of the radial basis function neural network was analyzed,the network model was constructed,and the contour line of the roller was reconstructed with this algorithm in MATLAB software,thus the outside silhouette surface was generated on basis of the fitting curve and finally the three-dimensional solid model of helix roller was built in Pro / E software. The results laid a good foundation for further finite- element analysis,accuracy detection and manufacturing.
