贵州民族地区中学体育教师胜任力现状分析

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法对贵州民族地区中学体育教师的胜任力进行了调查.结果:当地中学体育教师胜任力总体水平较低;不同所在地、不同性别和不同学历中学体育教师的胜任力水平相近.初中体育教师科研创新能力和教学组织与管理能力显著低于高中体育教师;中学一、二级体育教师在教学组织管理能力和专业知识水平上显著高于中学三级体育教师;高绩效中学体育教师的胜任力显著高于一般绩效中学体育教师.建议:加紧引进人才;全力留住人才;资助有关体育教师胜任力的研究.The competency of secondary school PE teachers of ethnic mimority area in Guizhou province is surveyed by the methods of literature review,survey methods,mathematical statistics and logics.Result slow that the overall level of competency is poor.Site,gender and degree are not the factor which can＇t differentiate the competency of secondary school PE teachers.There is significant difference between junior middle school teachers and high school teachers on innovation and organization.The organization and professional knowledge of first-grade teachers and second-grade teachers are superior to primary-grade.The excellent performance teachers are better than common performance teachers on competence.
