不同生根剂对尧山秀绿茶苗扦插生长的影响

摘　　要：为筛选出适宜尧山秀绿种苗扦插繁育的生根剂种类及其浓度,研究了4种生根剂不同浓度处理对尧山秀绿扦插苗生根和生长的影响。结果表明,不同生根剂在适宜浓度条件下对尧山秀绿扦插苗均具有促生效果,其中强力生根宝浓度100倍时扦插苗的伤口愈合率、结瘤率、生根率、生根条数、根长、新梢长和平均根重均最大,成活率和根长分别达91.11%、14.49 cm;而扦插苗在双吉尔-GGR 0.333 g/L浓度下伤口愈合率和结瘤率与强力生根宝浓度100倍的促生效果相同,成活率和根长均最大。In order to screen out the suitable kinds and concentrations of rooting agents for Yaoshan Xinlv,the effects of different concentrations of four different rooting agents on rooting and growth of cutting propagation in Yaoshan Xiulv were investigated. The results showed that all rooting agents had significant effects under suitable concentration,especially the treatment of 100 times strong rooting treasure solution had the best effect on the index of wound healing rate,nodulation rate,rooting rate,root number,average root length,new shoot length and average root weight. The survival rate and root length respectively was 91.11% and 14.49 cm. And the cutting seedlings in the treatment of 0.333 g/L double gil GGR of wound healing rate and nodulation rate were the same strength in the treatment of 100 times strong rooting treasure,and survival rate and the root length was the largest.
