机器人用RV减速器综合性能测试系统研究

摘　　要：提供一种对中装置和一种机器人用RV减速器综合性能测试系统,该测试系统包括空载传动精度测试模块、加载传动精度测试模块,刚度、回差测试模块、保精度寿命测试模块和传动效率测试模块,能够较高精度测量不同系列、不同规格的机器人用RV减速器的运动精度,刚度、回差、保精度寿命和传动效率,为机器人用RV减速器的批量化设计与制造提供检验标准,保证产品在使用前有较高的合格率,同时也为提高机器人用RV减速器的性能参数提供了检验标准。A kind of centring device and a comprehensive performance test system of the RV reducer used in the robot are provided,the test system including light transmission accuracy test module,load transmission accuracy test module,stiffness,backlash test module,precision life test module and transmission efficiency test module,the transmission accuracy,stiffness,backlash,precision life and the transmission efficiency of the RV reducer used in the robot with different series and different specifications could be highly accurately measured.The inspection standard for the design and manufacturing of the RV reducer used in the robot is provided,the higher percent of pass of the products before use is guaranteed,the inspection standard to improve the performance parameters of the RV reducer used in the robot is also provided.
