摘　　要：校内开放性实训基地建设不仅是应用型人才培养的重要保障,也是创新办学体制机制和人才培养模式、深化教育教学改革的重要抓手。校内开放性实训基地建设包括运行机制建设、硬件条件建设、师资队伍建设和企业文化建设,在建设过程中,针对生产与教学的矛盾、实训运行成本偏高、整体管理难度较大等问题,应遵循教学为本、机制优先、专业差异性和选择性开放的原则。The construction of on-campus open training base is not only important guarantee for the cultivation of applied talents, but also an essential device for innovating the system and mechanism of running school and cultivating talents as well as deepening the reform of education and teaching. The main substances for the construction are operating mechanism, hardware conditions, teaching staff and enterprise culture. To resolve the main contradictions and problems during the construction, it is suggested to hold four principles： teaching-oriented, mechanism first, professional differences, selectively open.
