摘　　要：个性化人才培养是适合学生个性发展和社会需求的多样化人才培养模式。文章分析中国计算机科学与技术专业人才培养的现状,论述基于个性化教育的多元化人才培养机制的必要性;设计分层分类的个性化人才培养方案,探讨在模块化课程设置、专业课教学、实践教学和教学管理等方面的理论和实践问题。通过专业改革和教学实践培育专业特色,为计算机科学与技术专业人才培养提供经验。Individualized talents training is a diversified talents training mode,which is suitable for the student individuality development and social needs.This paper analyzes the current situation of the computer major talent training in our country,discusses the necessity for diversified talents training mechanism based on personalized education,and designs a individualized talents training program classified hierarchically,probes the theory and practice in the terms of modular curriculum,specialized course education,practical teaching and teaching management.Professional characteristics were cultivated through professional reform and teaching practice to provide experience for the talents training of computer major.
