摘  要:对杏仁皮油脂提取工艺进行研究,并利用有机溶剂提取杏仁皮油脂,并采用单因素试验和正交试验对影响油脂提取率的主要因素进行分析。提取杏仁皮油脂的最优条件为粉碎度60目、提取温度60℃、料液比1∶25(g/m L)、提取时间60 min、提取次数2次,利用该优化提取条件进行试验,杏仁皮油脂的提取率为11.36%。浸出法提取杏仁皮油脂,工艺简单易行,为杏仁皮工业化利用提供一条新的途径。The extraction process conditions of oils from almond skin were studied. Using almond skin as raw material,the optimal process conditions for extracting oils from almond skin were obtained by organic solvent extraction method through the single factor test and orthogonal test,which were 60 mush,extraction temperature of 60 ℃,ratio of material to liquid 1∶25(g/m L),extraction time of 60 min and extraction times of 2. Under these conditions,the extraction rate of oils from almond skin was 11.36%. The extraction process was simple and feasible,which provided a new way for industrial utilization of almond skin.
