摘  要:30年来,教师学一方面与近邻学科相互渗透形成教师伦理学、教师教育学等边缘分支学科,另一方面又借助于研究对象的细分而分化出中小学教师学、大学教师学等直系分支学科。由于研训教师担负着与中小学教师有所不同的特定使命和职责,以研训教师为研究对象的研训教师学理应发展成为教师学的直系分支学科。当前,从社会环境、研究基础、学术支撑三个方面来看,研训教师学的创生已经具备了必要的背景条件。In China,teacher studies have infiltrated into neighboring disciplines to form teacher's ethics,teacher education,etc.in the past three decades.On the other hand,teacher studies have helped to develop such branches as primary and secondary school teacher studies,university teacher studies,etc.Because research and training teachers perform duties different from primary and secondary school teachers',research and training teacher studies should develop into direct branch of teacher studies.At present,in light of the status quo of social environment,study basis,and academic support,creation of research and training teacher studies has gained its required background conditions.
