摘　　要：目的 分析我国子宫内膜癌学位论文的特点、研究热点及发展方向。方法 利用中国知网学位论文数据库及万方学位论文数据库对2014年以前的子宫内膜癌学位论文进行检索,根据纳入标准对检索到的文献进行筛选,对筛选后的文献从发表年份、学位授予单位、指导老师、引文情况方面进行分析。结果 筛选出符合纳入标准的889篇学位论文,论文数量总体上呈上升趋势,2003~2006年间增长速度最明显。634篇论文的学位授予单位分布于东部沿海区域,占比71.3%;子宫内膜癌学位论文的学科分布以妇产科学专业为主,论文数为719篇,占比80.9%;子宫内膜癌学位论文平均引文数为（45.3±29.7）条;引文语种以英文为主,占83.42%,中文引文占16.56%。结论 子宫内膜癌学位论文的数量总体上呈上升趋势,子宫内膜癌方向的学位授予单位主要集中于东部沿海地区,妇产科专业是进行子宫内膜癌研究的主要学科领域,英文引文是子宫内膜癌学位论文的主要参考来源。Objective To analyze the characteristics, research focus and development trends of academic dissertations of endometrial cancer. Methods The endometrial cancer dissertations before 2014 was searched by China Dissertation Database （CNKI and Wanfang）, and these dissertations were screened by inclusion criteria. The graduation time, degree-granting unit, supervisors and citation status of screened dissertations were analyzed. Results The whole amount of the screened dissertations were 889, which showed an increasing trend, especially between the year of 2003 to 2006. The degree-granting unit of 634 dissertations located in east coastal region, which accounted for 71.3%. The gynecology and obstetrics was the main research field, which accounted for 80.9% （719/889）. The average amount of reference of endometrial cancer dissertations was （45.3 ± 29.7）. Primary citation language was English, which accounted for 83.42%, and Chinese references accounted for 16.56%. Conclusions The amount of dissertations shows an increasing trend. The degree-granting unit of endometrial cancer research is concentrated in east coastal region. Gynecology and obstetrics is the main special field where endometrial cancer research was counted. English reference is the most preferred reference source.
