摘　　要：在招生制度改革背景下,高职院校生源多样性的趋势越来越明显。针对多元化、多样化的生源特点,高职院校必须构建以"分层"为特征的高职人才培养模式,具体表现在:通识课程平台与方向相结合,专业课程分层主修与辅修相结合,专业技能课程难度分等与递进训考相结合,学习评价刚性与柔性相结合,从而培养出更切合社会需要的高素质技术技能型人才。In the background of the enrollment system reform, the students of the vocational colleges are in- creasingly diverse. Because of the features of diversification in enrollment, vocational colleges should establish the vocational education mode featured in ＂level- division＂, namely the combination of general education curriculum and intended career, combination of major and minor in professional curriculum, combination of hierarchical cour- ses and progressive tests, combination of rigidness and flexibility in learning evaluation, so as to foster the qualified skill- oriented talents that meet the social needs.
