摘  要:目的探讨布拉氏酵母菌在高脂饮食诱导的大鼠非酒精性脂肪性肝病(non-alcoholic fatty liver disease,NAFLD)模型中的作用。方法 36只雄性SD大鼠随机分成4组,每组9只,1组:对照组;2组:高脂饮食组(82.5%普通饲料+10%猪油+2%胆固醇+0.5%胆酸钠+5%蛋黄粉);3组:布拉氏酵母菌组;4组:高脂饮食+布拉氏酵母菌组。每组分别于第4周、8周、12周处死3只大鼠,进行血清学检测和肝脏病理分析。结果第8周时高脂饮食组大鼠体质量明显大于对照组[(413.67±41.02)g vs(297.80±25.31)g,P<0.05];高脂饮食组大鼠ALT、AST、TC、TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高脂饮食+布拉氏酵母菌组大鼠体质量大于对照组,但小于高脂饮食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。第12周时高脂饮食组大鼠肝脏指数明显大于对照组[(3.455±0.263)%vs(2.609±0.377)%,P<0.05];高脂饮食组大鼠ALT、AST、TC、TG明显高于对照组(P<0.05);高脂饮食+布拉氏酵母菌组大鼠ALT、AST、TC、TG低于高脂饮食组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论布拉氏酵母菌可改善NAFLD大鼠的血清学及肝脏脂肪变性。Objective To explore the role of Saccharomyces boulardii in the non-alcoholic fatty liver disease(NAFLD) rats induced by high fat diet. Methods A totol of 36 male SD rats were randomly divided into 4 groups(control group,high fat diet group,Saccharomyces boulardii group,high fat diet + Saccharomyces boulardii group). Three rats were killed in each group at the 4th,8th,12 th weeks,serological detection and liver pathological results were analyzed.Results At the 8 th week: weight of rats in high fat diet group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(413. 67 ± 41. 02)g vs(297. 80 ± 25. 31)g,P〈0. 05]; ALT,AST,TC,TG in high fat diet group were obviously higher than those in the control group,there was statistically significant( P〈0. 05); weight of rats in high fat diet +Saccharomyces boulardii group was higher than that in the control group,but lower than that in the high fat diet group(P〈0. 05). At the 12 th week: liver index in the high fat diet group was obviously higher than that in the control group[(3. 455 ± 0. 263)% vs(2. 609 ± 0. 377)%,P〈0. 05];ALT,AST,TC,TG in high fat diet group were significantly higher than those in the control group( P〈0. 05); ALT,AST,TC,TG in high fat diet + Saccharomyces boulardii group were higher than those in the control group,but lower than those in the high fat diet group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Saccharomyces boulardii can improve the serology and hepatic steatosis in rats with NAFLD.
