摘　　要：通过概述我国大学教师绩效评价制度发展历程,分析大学教师绩效评价制度的特征及原则,对提高大学教师绩效评价制度管理体系与平台、模式与方法、办法与措施及实践效能等进行了思考。By summarizing Chinese University teacher performance evaluation system development process. Analysis characteristics and principles of the performance evaluation system of university teachers, to improve the university teacher performance e- valuation system, management system and platform, mode and methods, methods and measures and practical effectiveness of the thinking.
