摘　　要：将考虑具有零特征的一阶线性双曲型方程组的精确能控性.首先给出了实现精确边界能控性的充分必要条件,然后在充分必要条件不满足的情况下,再加以适当的内部控制,实现方程组的精确能控性.We consider the first order linear hyperbolic systems with zero eigenvalues. We first give a necessary and sufficient condition on the initial and final values for the exact boundary controllability. Then,under the assumption that the necessary and sufficient condition is not satisfied,by adding suitably internal controls,we get the exact controllability for the systems.
