基于多层模型的全国高职院校人力资源投入结构与效益分析  

Analysis on the Structure and Efficiency of Human Resources Input of Higher Vocational Colleges in China Based on Hierarchical Liner Model

摘  要:基于"院校层面-省级层面"二层线性模型,分析全国高职院校人力资源投入要素对产出效益的影响,结果发现:高职院校举办者类型对人力资源产出的影响不明显;是否示范院校、专任教师比例、兼职教师比例、双师教师比例、研究生学历或硕士及以上学位教师占专任教师比例对人力资源产出呈显著的正向作用,但高级职称教师比例、生师比、省级及以上教学名师数对人力资源产出的影响并不明显。Based on the hierarchical liner model with the construction of college level and provincial level, the research analyzed the effect of input factors on output efficiency of human resources in higher vocational colleges in China. The results show that: who do held higher vocational college makes inconspicuous effect on the college output of human resources; whether being a demonstrative college, the proportion of full-time teachers in college staff, the proportion of part-time teachers in all teachers, the proportion of dual-qualification teachers in full-time teachers, and the proportion of graduate degree or a master's degree teachers in full-time teachers account for significant positive effects on the output of human resources. However, the proportion of teachers with senior professional titles, the ratio of students to teachers, and the number of distinguished teachers awarded by national or provincial government make unobvious influence on human resource output.
