摘　　要：北京政法职业学院借鉴澳大利亚职业教育的先进经验,融合我国职业教育的实际情况,探索了"以职业归属感为先导,以岗位胜任力为核心,以学习者为主体"职工继续教育新模式。Referring to the advanced experience of vocational education in Australia, combined with the practical situation of vocational education in our country, Beijing College of Politics and Law explores a new model of continuing education for staff oriented by sense of belonging to a career, centered by position competency and with learners as the principal part.
