论贾瑞和“风月宝鉴”对《红楼梦》中人物的象征意义

摘  要:贾瑞和"风月宝鉴"的研究存在一些误区:把贾瑞当作淫荡的反面人物,以此作为研究的前提和出发点,并据此推断曹雪芹旧作《风月宝鉴》是批判肉欲的诲淫小说。目前的研究还没有把贾瑞这个人物内涵的丰富性充分揭示出来,因而无法把握贾瑞和"风月宝鉴"对《红楼梦》全书人物的象征意义。贾瑞和风月宝鉴对书中人物的象征意义在于:《红楼梦》中人物的生命形态都如同贾瑞和"风月宝鉴"处于两极悖反的矛盾状态,并最终转向某一极端,必然走向悲剧的结局。这从小说主要人物林黛玉、薛宝钗、王熙凤和贾宝玉两极悖反的生命形态和悲剧结局中得到印证。There are some misunderstandings in the researches on Jia Rui and The Mirror:Jia Rui is treated as the villain. According to this point, researchers deduced that Cao Xue-qin's previous work The Mirror is erotic novel with critique of promiscuity. Hence the recent researches on character connotation of Jia Rui are limited. The investigators haven't found the symbolic significance of Jia Rui and The Mirror on the character in The Dream of Red Mansion. The symbolic significance is that it is in this contradictory state all kinds of character's fate in The Dream of Red Mansion not only turn to one extreme but have tragic ending,like Jia Rui and The Mirror. It has been confirmed by the major characters in the novel, such as Lin Dai-yu, Xue Bao-chai, Wang Xi-feng and Jia Bao-yu.
