摘  要:利用醋酸棉酚作为唯一碳源,筛选出一株高效降解棉酚的菌株RE-1。通过扫描电镜和16S rRNA分子学鉴定该菌为红平红球菌(Rhodococcus erythropolis),Gen Bank序列登录号为KR906527。扫描电镜和透射电镜观察固体LB培养基和棉酚培养基中的RE-1菌株可知,棉酚会通过破坏菌体细胞膜通透性的方式来抑制RE-1的生长。实验确定的棉粕最优发酵条件为RE-1接种量20%、时间8 d、温度34℃、p H 5.0、料水比1∶0.5,最优条件下棉酚的降解率达到72.54%,棉粕中粗蛋白质含量提高了21.38%,粗纤维含量降低了20.26%,释放出营养物质,提高了棉粕的消化利用率。A high efficient gossypol- degrading strain RE- 1 was screened with gossypol acetate as the sole carbon source. It was identified as Rhodococcus erythropolis with Gen Bank accession No. KR906527 by scanning electron microscopy and 16 S rRNA molecular biology. The RE- 1 strains in LB medium and gossypol medium were observed by scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy,and it showed that gossypol suppressed the growth of RE- 1 strain by disrupting the permeability of cell membrane. The fermentation conditions of cottonseed meal were optimized by experiments as follows: inoculation amount of RE- 1 strain 20%,time 8 d,temperature 34 ℃,p H 5. 0,ratio of material to water1∶ 0. 5. Under the optimal conditions,the degradation rate of gossypol was up to 72. 54%,the content of crude protein in cottonseed meal increased by 21. 38%,while the content of crude fiber decreased by20. 26%. The nutrients were released,so the digestion and utilization of cottonseed meal were improved.
