通过假币胶片图文特征判定假币同源方法研究

摘　　要：判定假币是否同源是假币鉴定实践中的重要课题,在实际办案中能够起到快速串并案、缩小侦查范围等重要作用。本文通过对假币胶片版进行实验分析,借助文检仪等仪器确定胶片版上细节特征,根据胶片版的制作工艺,将图文特征分为内容特征、疵点特征以及修版特征3类。通过探究胶片版上的图文特征及其相互之间的联系,再将胶片版上的图文特征与假币票样上的图文特征进行比对,所得结论可以作为判定假币同源性的依据。故在实际检验中,一种新的检验方法可如此进行:通过比较找出胶片具有的共性图文特征;选取数个主要位置深入分析;分析胶片版及其假币的制作工艺之间的关联;最后确定可作为判定假币胶片版及其相关假币同源性的图文特征,以及假币胶片版是否同源或属于同阶段制作的修版特征。因此,结合票样本身和相关胶片共有图文特征的比对,假币及其胶板的同源性就可判定。Although distinguishing whether some kind of money is fake attaches importance, yet the homology determination of counterfeit currency should be taken into more consideration because it can play a significant role for the relevant cases to solve, at least to narrow the scope of the investigation. The current method about homology determination of counterfeit currency is mainly through the analysis on the involved notes. This paper tries a new approach to determine the homology of counterfeit notes based on the examination of the involved films that are used to fabricate the counterfeit notes. Aided by video spectral comparator and other instruments, the printed graphic features on the films are evaluated and classified into three types of graphic contents, defects and retouching. By the three features on a film to be thoroughly explored and compared with those on relevant counterfeit notes, the homology associating the film and counterfeit notes can be determined. Thus, a new examination method can be suggested as follows： finding the common features on the films of counterfeit notes; selecting several key positions involving with the above features; and analyzing their association of fabricating process of both the films and counterfeit notes; finally deciding the features that serve as the basis to determine the homology linking the films themselves with their relative counterfeit notes, and/or the retouching features to determine whether two or more films are from same origin（source） and/or production stage. As such, with the definite features shared by the sampled counterfeit notes among themselves and the involved films as well, a conclusion can be made that they are homologous.
