摘　　要：以测控技术与仪器专业方向工业测控系统与现场总线为例,探讨行业人才需求与专业课程体系构建之间的关系。重点分析人才需求和高校人才培养衔接中存在的问题以及对策,提出了一套有利于协调行业人才需求和专业人才培养的课程体系构建方案。This paper discusses the relation between demands for professional talents and curriculum system construction, by taking the measurement and control technology and instrumentations-industrial measurement and control system and field bus for example. It also studies the problems and solutions of the connection between demands for talents and talents training at colleges and universities.This paper proposes a set of scheme for building curriculum systems which are conducive to coordinating the two.
