摘　　要：在拔尖人才和精英教育培养的思想指导下,针对上海交通大学致远学院连续4届生命班学生,在生命科学的实验教学中探索以素质能力培养为核心的拔尖人才实验课程教学模式,培养学生具有整合知识、擅于合作、擅于发现、分析、解决问题等综合科研能力。从以学习为中心的教学方式改革、课程目标的设定与监测手段改革、认识自己的学习模式、总结升华学习效果等方面做了各项探索,最后举例分析拔尖人才培养模式下的案例。为我国高校拔尖人才培养在实验课程教学中的具体方式做出大胆有益的尝试。Under the guidance of the thought of top talents training and elite education,aiming at 4 grades the life class of Zhiyuan School in Shanghai Jiao Tong University,using character building education as the core of the teaching mode in life science perimental course,we cultivate students within tegrated knowledge,good cooperation,good at finding,analyzing,solving problems of comprehensive scientific research ability. The paper deals with the learning centered way of teaching reform,curriculum goal setting and monitoring,discusses the mode of learning,and summarizes the learning effect,and other aspects of the sublimation of the reform. It analyzes a case in the training mode of more comprehensive talents. The practice makes a bold and beneficial attempt for top talents training in higher education in the experiment teaching.
