我校大学生学习动机培养面临的问题及对策

摘　　要：学习动机是直接推动学生学习的内部动力,它对学习具有启动、维持及定向作用。本文分析了我校学生学习动机面临的一些问题:生源质量下降;留守孩子;经济压力小;电子产品干扰;学校教学管理落实不到位;教师缺少教学改革,责任性不强等。并提出提高我校学生学习动机的策略:树立正确的世界观、人生观和价值观;加强学风建设;深化教学改革的新途径,本研究对于提高我校学生学习动机具有重要的意义。Learning motivation is regarded as the internal dynamics of learning,which relates to its initiation,maintain and direction.The problems of our students＇ learning motivation were analyzed,including the decrease of quality of the students;left-behind children,small economic pressures,electronics interference,the school teaching management lags behind,lack of teaching reform and teachers＇ sense of responsibility.It is importance to establish students＇ correct world outlook on life and on value,strengthen the style construction and deepen education reform,which has great effect on the learning motivation.
