老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践模式研究

摘　　要：目的评价"以能力本位的老年护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践模式"。方法将采用Delphi法得到的临床实践模式应用于2011级老年护理方向的4名硕士研究生,征集4名研究生与导师及实践机构对本模式的评价。结果该模式增加了老年护理实践场所,体现老年护理特色,对提高护生临床能力起到了非常重要的作用,但应增加我国传统医学中老年养生、老年慢性病中医护理应用能力的培养,特别在按摩、药食同源、艾灸方面增加专业实践。适当缩短社区与临终关怀实践时间、强化研究生职业规划等方面调整和完善临床实践模式。结论调整后本模式较好地满足了老年护理专业学位硕士研究生临床实践能力培养的需求。Objective To evaluate ＂clinical practice mode of the geriatric master of nursing specialist＂. Methods Delphi method will be used to get the clinical practice model which applied to the 4 graduates of Grade 2011 geriatric master of nursing specialist,and the evaluation on this mode of 4 graduates and their instructors were collected. Results This mode increased the geriatric nursing practice places,embodied the characteristics of geriatric nursing,played a very important role in improving the nursing students＇ clinical ability,but should increase the culture of traditional Chinese medicine in geriatric health,TCM nursing ability of geriatric chronic diseases,especially in the massage and moxibustion medicine food homology. We should shorten the community and hospice care practice time,strengthen postgraduate career planning,and adjust and improve clinical practice model. Conclusion This model can meet the needs of the development of clinical practice ability of the geriatric nursing students.
