摘 要:目的系统分析2000-2014年我国关于护理人力资源配置的相关研究文献,为护理人力资源配置的进一步研究和发展提供参考依据。方法利用中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)、万方数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库,对2000-2014年国内公开发表的护理人力资源配置相关的文献进行统计分析。结果共纳入469篇文献,分别发表在110种期刊上;文献合著率为70.79%,合作度1.91;研究单位以高等医学院校及附属医院为主,研究场所以三级及二级医院为主;文献以调查研究为主;研究热点主要集中在护理人力资源配置现状以及护士工作量测量等方面;论文引文中以中文文献为主(2 748,75.08%),研究受科研基金资助的论文占17.48%。结论目前国内关于护理人力资源配置方面的研究总体呈增长趋势,我国医院普遍存在护理人力资源配置不足及使用不合理的问题,未来的研究应结合我国护理人力资源配置现状,更深入地探索适合于我国护理人力资源配置的方法,同时需要加大对社区医院、养老机构、福利机构等卫生服务机构的护理人力资源配置的相关研究。Objective To analyze systematic the related research literature on nurse manpower allocation from 2000 to2014 in China,and to provide reference for further research and development of the nurse manpower allocation. Methods All literatures related to nurse manpower allocation were searched in the China National Knowledge Infrastructure( CNKI),VIP Database and Wan-fang database from 2000 to 2014. Results A total of 469 articles that published in 110 journals which were related to nurse manpower allocation were retrieved; The co-authors rate of the literature was 70. 79%,the cooperation degree was 1. 91; The main research units were the universities of medicine and affiliated hospitals,Tertiary and secondary hospitals were the research facilities; the major study type was survey research,the research topic that attracted increasing attention focused on analyzing the current status of nurse manpower allocation and nursing workload measurement. The main citing papers were the Chinese documents( 2 748,75. 08%). Research funded by the research fund accounted for 17. 48%.Conclusion At present,the research on nursing human resources allocation in China is increasing. There is a general shortage of nursing human resources allocation and irrational use in hospital in China. Future research should combine the current situation of nursing human resources allocation and explore more suitable methods for nursing human resource allocation in China. At the same time,the nurse manpower allocation research should be strengthened in these health service institutions such as the community hospitals,Public pension institutions and the welfare institutions.
