摘　　要：随着护理学科的发展和临床护理工作的需要,对护理专业人才的培养提出更高的要求。实践教学是护理高等教育的重要组成部分,对于高素质护理人才的培养具有重要作用。南京中医药大学护理实验教学中心以人才培养为目标,通过搭建新型实践教学平台、深化教学改革、加强师资培养以及建设实践教学与管理信息化系统等对实验教学中心进行建设,全面提高护理实践教学质量和管理水平,为应用型护理人才培养提供有力保障。With the development of nursing science and the need of the clinical nursing work,the cultivation of nursing professional talents has been put forward higher requirements. The teaching practice,which is an essential component of higher nursing education,plays an important role in the cultivation of the nursing talents with high quality. For cultivating nursing comprehensive talents,nursing practice teaching center of Nanjing University of Chinese Medicine,conducted the construction to building a new practical teaching platform,implemented innovation in education ideas and teaching reform,played exploration of fine teacher training mode,strengthen information construction. With the comprehensively improve the quality of nursing practice teaching and management level,nursing practice teaching center can provide a strong guarantee for the application of nursing personnel training.
