摘　　要：以科学发展观为指导,以CDIO教育理论为基石,对高校实验教学与管理体系进行改革,构建一体化实验教学和管理新体系。新体系对实验教学和管理进行重新构思设计与实现,强调实验教学体系的独立性和可评估性。通过几年实践证明一体化实验教学和管理体系对培养高水平应用型人才具有极大的促进作用。Guidance with scientific progress view and taking CDIO education theory as the foundation,the reform to the teaching and management system of college experiment was conducted in Chengdu Neusoft University. A new integration experimental teaching and management system was established. Emphasizing the independence and measurability,the new system of experimental teaching and management was conceived,designed and operated. Through several years of practice,it was proved that the integration of experimental teaching and management system plays a great role in promoting the cultivation of high level talents of application.
