提升军校学员课堂学习动力的奖励机制研究

摘　　要：通过对当代军校学员的学习状态的调研分析发现,军校学员的学习积极性不高,学习动力有待提升。文章在文献分析、调查研究的基础上,提出提升军校学员学习动力的奖励机制及对策建议,以及在此过程中应注意的问题。By the research on study of current students in military academy, we discover that they have low interest in major study and their study motivation needs to be improved. Based on the analysis of literatures and research on students, in this paper we present several useful rewarding methods for promoting study motivation of students in military. Moreover, we point out some issues which should be noticed in the process.
