摘　　要：高等工程教育的目标是培养社会所需要的多层次工程科技人才,科学技术的飞速发展,对工程人才的需求越来越多元化,这对高等工程教育人才培养提出了更高的要求。基于校企合作模式的高等工程教育实践教学,可以大大提高行业企业对教育改革的参与度,有效提高高等工程教育改革的科学性,从机制、平台和组织机构等方面为"双师型"教师队伍建设提供良好发展契机。Higher engineering education goal is to cultivate multi-level engineering technical personnel the society needs. The rapid development of science and technology leads to the result that the demand for engineering talent has become more and more diversified, which also results in higher requirements for the cultivation of the talents of higher engineering. Based on the model of school-enterprise cooperation, practice teaching of higher engineering education can greatly improve the education reform of the industry enterprises, improve the scientific nature of the reform of higher engineering education, providing a good opportunity for development from the aspects of mechanism, platform and organization for the building of the contingent of teachers of ＂double teacher type＂.
