摘  要:目的探讨临床路径教学法在"3+2"助理全科医师妇产科临床教学中的教学质量。方法实验对象为"3+2"助理全科医师32名。在妇产科临床教学过程中,分为实验组及对照组,对照组实习生采用传统教学法进行教学;观察组实习生采用临床路径教学法施教,实习结束后,比较两组各项考核结果,综合评价临床路径教学法的效果。结果观察组的临床诊疗、综合技能和理论考核成绩高于对照组,P均<0.05,差异具有统计学意义。操作考核成绩两组差异无统计学意义,P>0.05。结论临床路径教学法是一种标准化的教学模式,能有效提高"3+2"助理全科医师妇产科临床实习的综合能力。Objective To explore the effect of the clinical pathway(CP) in "3+2"assistant general practitioner in gynecology and obstetrics. Methods A total of 32 subjects "3+2"assistant general practitioner were divided into 2 groups. Normal teaching was applied in the control group and clinical pathway teaching was used in the test group. The teaching effect was evaluated by class examination after the internship. Results The examination score of the clinical practice. Integrated Skills and Theoretical assessment of the test group were higher than the control group(P〉0.05). The examination score of the clinical operation for both two groups were approximately the same(P〈0.05). Conclusion The method of CP is a standardized teaching mode. It can significantly improve the effect of clinical teaching.
