摘 要:目的:了解儿科护士工作压力、工作倦怠感与自我效能感之间的关系。方法:采用问卷调查法,对天津市3家三级甲等医院的153名儿科护士进行调查,对儿科护士的工作压力、工作倦怠感及自我效能感的相互关系进行分析。结果 :儿科护士工作压力得分为2.63±0.41,压力较大;工作倦怠感中情绪衰竭得分为27.48±3.26,属于高度倦怠;去人格化得分为7.18±2.81,属中度倦怠;个人成就感得分为34.47±5.92,属中度倦怠。自我效能感得分为24.68±4.52,呈中等水平。工作压力与工作倦怠中情绪衰竭呈正相关(r=0.295,P<0.01),与工作倦怠中去人格化呈正相关(r=0.262,P<0.05),与工作倦怠中个人成就感呈负相关(r=-0.231,P<0.05)。自我效能感得分与情绪衰竭呈负相关(r=-0.538,P<0.01),与去人格化呈负相关(r=-0.294,P<0.01),与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.693,P<0.01)。结论:护理管理者应有针对性措施减轻儿科护士的工作压力,以减轻工作倦怠,有助于提高其自我效能感。Objective : To understand the relationship among working pressure, job burnout and self-efficacy of nurses in pediatric department. Methods: With adopting questionnaire survey method, we investigated 153 pediatric nurses among 3 hospitals(three-level of first-class) in Tianjin and analyzed the relationship among working pressure, job burnout and self-efficacy of nurses. Results: The working pressure score was 2.63 ± 0.41, which indicated big working pressure; Emotional exhaustion score in job burnout was 27.48 ±3.26,indicating the severe burnout; The depersonalization score was 7.18 ±2.81,showed the moderate burnout; Personal accomplishment score was 34.47 ±5.92,which means the moderate burnout; Self-efficacy score was 24.68 ±4.52,showed a moderate level. Working pressure was significant correlated with emotional exhaustion( r=0.295, P〈0.01), positively correlated with depersonalization( r=0.262, P〈0.05), and negatively correlated with personal accomplishment( r =-0.231,P〈0.05). Self-efficacy score was negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion( r =-0.538, P〈0.01), negative correlated with depersonalization( r =-0.294, P〈0.01), and positively correlated with personal accomplishment(r =0.693, P〈0.01). Conclusion: Nursing managers should take targeted measures to reduce the working pressure of nurses in pediatric department, and reduce the job burnout in order to improve their self-efficacy.
