摘　　要：交巡警平台的合理设置是交警部门处理突发事件的一个重要环节,交巡警平台的设置要以现有的警力资源为基础同时满足处理突发事件所需的时间限制.建立了交巡警平台设置优化的数学模型,利用模拟退火算法通过Matlab软件对模型进行了求解.该模型有助于学生对优化模型的理解和Matlab软件的学习.Rational traffic police platform setting is an important process to traffic police department to deal with emergency,and traffic police platform setting should be based on available police resources and time limit for deal with urgent cases.This paper develops mathematical model of rational traffic police platform setting,and gives a solution by using simulation degradation algorithm through Matlab.The model may help to enhance student＇s understanding of optimization model and learning of software Matlab.
