高校基于翻转课堂的研讨式教学模式应用探析

摘　　要：高等职业教育的人才培养目标是培养能为企业服务的优秀应用型人才,以翻转课堂的先进理念为指导,结合研讨式教学经验,以《国家中长期教育改革和发展规划纲要(2010-2020)》为依据,将翻转课堂与研讨式教学有机结合构建新型教学模式.阐述了高校开展翻转课堂研讨式教学的重要意义;设计了高校数字媒体类课程基于翻转课堂的研讨式教学模式;简要介绍了实践中的常见问题及对策.The personnel goal for higher vocational college is cultivating excellent talents.By combining the advanced concept and teaching experience of flipped classroom with the guidance of the Guidelines of the National Program for Medium-and Long-Term Educational Reform and Development（2010-2020）,the paper constructs a new seminar-style teaching model.The paper states the significance of developing colleges＇ seminar-style teaching model,designs the seminar-style teaching model for digital media course,and briefly introduces the problems and countermeasures in practice.
