摘  要:随着地方性本科院校转型发展和应用技术型人才培养的驱动,应用心理学专业概率论与数理统计课程教学面临课时压缩、学生的数学基础差异较大、灌输式教学凸出、实践环节不足、课程考核方式单一等问题。在教学改革中,注重吃透概念,淡化推导;贴近生活,实例为辅;收放有度,调教心身;重构教学关系,授人以渔。实践表明,教改激发了学生的学习潜能,课堂一改往日沉闷气氛,学生的课程成绩和应用能力提高较快。The teaching of Probability Theory and Mathematical Statistics for Applied Psychology majors has failed to meet the challenges presented by the transformational development of local universities and the trend of cultivating quality technical talents because of such problems as limited teaching hours,substantial performance gap between students in mathematics,spoon-feeding style of teaching,insufficient practical training,and one-dimensional course evaluation system. To solve these problems and guarantee a successful reform on this course,teachers must 1) help students understand the very essence of each theoretical concept and simplify the teaching of formula derivation,2) relate to real-life cases to arouse students' interest,3) maintain a balance between loose and tight management of the class,4) reconstruct the teaching-learning relationship by focusing on imparting methods to students instead of just offering them the results. Such practices prove fruitful as they enliven the class,stimulate students' interest in the course,and improve their examination performance and applying ability.
