摘　　要：当今,大学生面临的压力越来越大而如何排解压力是目前教育中所欠缺,导致大学生出现心理疾病乃至自杀的现象越来越多。在提倡素质教育的今天,强化学生的管理工作是必不可少的内容之一,而谈心教育则是其重中之重。谈心教育是师生之间真挚交流的桥梁,是及时发现问题与解决的重要前提。本文就此为切入点,以探索谈心教育的运用之道。Nowadays, college students are facing increasing pressure and how to relieve the pressure is what we lack in education. More and more psychological disorders happened in college students that resulted in more suicide attempts. Under the background of quality education, strengthening students＇ management work is a necessary content, and talk education should be priority for all. It can be the bridge between teachers and students, and also is the prerequisite for solving problems. This paper discusses the application of talk education.
