摘　　要：文章调查分析了我院中层干部的管理能力现状及特点，得到了我院中层干部的管理能力常模，为中层干部培训以及选拔提供参考。The article analyses the present situation and characteristics of management ability of middle -level cadres in CAEE And the norm of the management ability of the middle-level cadres is obtained, which can provide reference for middle-level cadres training and selection.
