摘  要:高校道德人格的培育离不开中华优秀传统文化的滋养。孔子君子人格思想蕴含浓郁的道德精神,揭示了君子人格的核心要义,即知、仁、勇,指明了君子人格的修养路径,即好学、力行、知耻,对于高校学生道德人格培育具有启迪与借鉴意义。在价值提升层面,启迪高校学生追求崇高的道德境界、培养强烈的道德责任感和养成自觉的道德规范意识;在培育路径层面,启示高校提高大学生自身的道德修养意识、营造浓厚的校园传统文化氛围和强化社会实践的育人功能。Cultivation of moral personality in universities is inseparable from the nourishment of Chinese traditional culture. The Confucius' thought on gentleman personality,which is of inspiring and referring significance to the cultivation of moral personality among college students,implies the strong moral spirit,reveals the core essence of gentleman personality——knowledge,benevolence and courage and meanwhile points out the self- cultivation path of gentleman personality——diligent learning,hard exercising and sense of shame. In terms of value enhancement,gentlemen personality could inspire college students to pursue the lofty moral realm,cultivate a strong sense of moral responsibility and develop the conscious- awareness of ethics; and in terms of cultivating path,it could enlighten the universities to raise college students' awareness of morality,create a keen atmosphere of traditional culture on campus and strengthen the educational function of social practice.
