高校朋辈心理辅导时代转向的理论条件探析

摘　　要：中国高校朋辈心理辅导既未能把握当前心理学发展的时代特征,也未能抓住高校心理健康教育以及大学生发展性需求的时代要求,导致其发展面临诸多难题。问题的解决,有赖于高校朋辈心理辅导的时代转向,即基于心理学学科发展的时代特征,结合大学生发展需求、心理健康教育的时代要求,转变高校朋辈心理辅导的固有观念、模式、工具等,以使其能满足大学生心理健康教育或心理建设、心理和谐的时代性需求。就转向的条件而言,积极心理学、后现代心理学、咨询伦理诉求等为这一时代转向提供了理论基础,而自媒体的出现则提供了工具条件。同时,心理教育的积极心理学转向需求、道德心理健康需求为这一转向提供了现实条件。三者分别在理论、工具和现实层面为朋辈辅导的时代转向提供了可能。就转向的具体内涵而言,主要包括咨询观念的积极心理学转向,咨询方法论层面的后现代心理学转向,伦理层面的道德心理健康诉求与价值干涉,应用工具与咨询模式、胜任特征与咨询目标的时代转向等。In peer psychological consultation in colleges and universities,not only the feature of psychology in the times has been not grasped,but also needs of mental health education and development of college students. As a result,there have been lots of problems presented,which can be solved relying on the transitions of peer psychological consultation in colleges and universities. It means that the original ideas,patterns,tools should be changed by combining with needs of the mental health education and development of college students,based on the feature of psychology in the times,in order to can satisfy the mental health education or the need of mental construction and mental harmony. From the aspect of conditions,theoretical principles can be found in Positive Psychology,Post-modern Psychology,and ethics consultation,while tool terms were in the We- media. At the same time,the realistic conditions were provided by the needs of Positive Psychology transitions in psychological education and moral- mental health. The possibility of transitions in the times was offered by the 3 parts respectively in theories,tools and reality. From the aspect of connotation,it mainly includes Positive Psychology transitions in consulting ideology,Post- modern Psychology transitions in consulting methodology,the need of moral mental health and value intervention in ethics,and transitions in application tools,consulting mode,competence characteristics and consulting target,etc.
