地方本科院校改革的思路创新与路径探析

摘　　要：地方本科院校改革的目标指向是建设应用技术大学。地方本科院校要明确"应用型本科"的办学定位,着力加强管理体制、教书育人、后勤服务的有机融合,政府主导、学校自主、社会参与的协同共进,教学管理、学生事务、科学研究的相互联动,积极探索"经世致用、崇尚技术"的企业型办学模式、"校地合作、立体交叉"的产学研育人模式和"过程管理、统筹培养"的跟进式运行模式。Regional colleges＇ reform aims at constructing colleges of application and technology. Clearly conscious of school- running orientation to application,the regional colleges should energetically strengthen the integration of management system,education and logistics service,the collaborative progress of government playing well the leading role,the colleges being autonomous,and the whole society actively participating,and the mutual interaction of teaching management,students affairs and scientific research. What＇s more,the regional colleges should positively explore the enterprise- style school- running mode of statecraft ideology and upholding technology,industry- learning- research educational mode of multidimensional collaboration between colleges and local regions,and follow- up operating mode of process management and overall training.
