摘　　要：随着中国的政治经济改革不断发展以及人才缺口的日益扩大,作为人才培养中心环节的高校教育也逐步为人们所重视,高校课堂教学质量的提升和教学效果的评估也面临着巨大的挑战。为此,从课堂教学质量监测与评价体系的定义出发,通过对当前我国高校课堂教学质量评析的现状进行分析,对高校课堂教学的监测与评价进行了适当改进,以期在提升高校课堂教学质量的基础上,不断推进我国的教育改革进程,进而保障国家人才培养目标的实现。With the fast political and economic development and greater demand of talent in China,higher education is arousing more attentions as being the center of talent cultivation,hence posing a great challenge for teaching quality improvement and evaluation in colleges. This study is based on the definition of teaching quality monitoring and evaluation system,analyzes the current situation of college teaching quality evaluation,proposing some improvement measures on college teaching monitoring and evaluation,so as to accelerate educational reforming procedure and realize the talent cultivating goals.
